These Preorder Terms describe how Dioxide preorders work, including production minimums, deadlines, estimated shipping, and cancellation rules. They supplement — and are part of — our full Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms, these Preorder Terms control for preorder purchases.
By placing a preorder, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
A preorder is an order placed for a product that has not yet entered regular inventory or fulfillment. Placing a preorder reserves your unit(s) from the current production run.
Dioxide may condition production of a preorder product on reaching an internal minimum production quantity.
The production minimum is measured in individual units. Each qualifying unit purchased through the applicable preorder campaign counts toward the production minimum.
The specific production minimum is an internal business threshold and is not publicly disclosed. The production minimum may vary by product or preorder campaign.
For the applicable 2026 preorder campaign, the production minimum must be reached by October 1, 2026. Dioxide will not extend this preorder deadline.
If the production minimum is not reached by October 1, 2026, Dioxide will cancel the affected preorder orders and issue a full refund of amounts paid to the original payment method.
If the production minimum is reached by October 1, 2026, Dioxide will proceed with production.
The estimated shipping date for the applicable preorder is before November 1, 2026.
The stated shipping date is an estimate based on information reasonably available to Dioxide at the time the preorder is offered. It is not a guarantee of delivery on a particular date.
If circumstances arise that prevent Dioxide from shipping within the stated timeframe, Dioxide will provide any notices, options, cancellations, or refunds required by applicable law.
Preorders are final purchases. Customers may not cancel a preorder merely because they change their mind, no longer want the product, or otherwise decide not to proceed.
This restriction does not apply where a cancellation or refund is required by applicable law, including applicable requirements relating to shipping delays, defective or nonconforming merchandise, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
If Dioxide determines that it cannot reasonably fulfill a preorder, Dioxide may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
If applicable law provides a customer with a right to cancel or receive a refund, those rights remain unaffected by these Preorder Terms.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be presented during checkout where applicable.
You authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged for the total amount shown at the time of purchase.
If a pricing or product-information error occurs, we may cancel an affected order before fulfillment. If you have already paid for an order that we cancel for this reason, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Dioxide's reasonable control.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the applicable carrier and may also contact Dioxide at info@dioxide.cc for assistance.
